(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
Responsible for developing/Enhancements of Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer Reports and Oracle BI Publisher Reports
Should have experience in Oracle 10g / Oracle Application Server 10g
e.g.: Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Dashboards, Oracle Discoverer Viewer/Plus.
Should have experience in Oracle Database Administrative Tasks
e.g. Database Refresh, User Management, Backup and Tuning
Do defect analysis and take corrective and preventive action
Responsible for Gathering Requirements on New /Existing reports and Direct Interaction from Onsite Reports team.
Should be able to Estimate the work given from Lead / Onsite Team.

(2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial
Experience in Installing Oracle Application Server 10g and developing Oracle BI Discoverer Reports
Experience in writing SQL Queries.
Good in configuration and release management
Should be Process Oriented
Should be experienced on onsite-offshore model
i.e.
· Collaborate with onsite team
· Interact with offshore team for gathering requirements and build releases.
