* Prior project management skills
* Prior experience managing support teams for enterprise applications
* 24x7 production support delivery experience
* Good client management skills
* Ability to debug the issues
* Technical Experience in the following areas:
* Strong Oracle in SQL PL/SQL & SQL Tuning (Mandatory)
* Oracle DBA Skills (Optional)
* Web technologies such as Websphere, Weblogic (Optional)

Job description:
1. Problem Management
o Crisis management - focal point for P1/P2 and other high impact problems
o Communicate, Negotiate and resolve issues with customers
o Organize teams to ensure correct resources are working on the problem
o Provide technical/functional leadership for problem solving
o Ensure clear ownership of problem determination / resolution
o Ensure completeness of problem analysis / impact analysis
o Review completeness of root cause and recommend resolution / workarounds
o Prepare management report, ensure accuracy and completeness of contents

2. User Request/Project/SR Delivery
o Review team̢۪s project / task plan
o Verify team̢۪s compliance to SOW deliverables and MetricStream processes
o Conduct quality review of deliverables to ensure contents meet the required standards
o Review testing results to ensure proper resolution and categorization for all defects
o Ensure proper technical plans in place for all production changes (e.g. fallback plan, implementation plan, data conversion)
o Perform risk assessment for all production ChangeRequest
o Provide technical leadership for all user request/SR/Project delivery matters

3. Reporting
o Critical systems weekly dashboard reports
o Submit weekly report for all support tasks, highlight risk and mitigation actions
o Provide feedback to development and QA to improve the product quality and usability.
