Position : Senior Software Engineer, Server Development Team

  • Must have demonstrated programming experience in analysis, design and coding using object oriented paradigm.
  • Core Java (Java Fundamentals, Advanced Java, Collections Framework, Multi Threaded Programming, etc…)
  • Design Skills (Design Patterns, UML, Mapping requirements to Design, etc..)

Specialized Skills needed: (One or more is mandatory) Experience in Development of scalable, highly available, distributed applications using

  •   Spring and Hibernate Framework
  •   Web-Services API, XML Schema, etc…
  •   J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JMS, taglibs) and EJB
  •   Database (Stored Procedures, triggers, PL/SQL Tuning, Oracle)
  •   Web and Application Servers (Weblogic / JBoss)
  •   Other Frameworks (AJAX/JSF, JVM Tuning, etc...)

Desirable Skills:
  •   UNIX Scripting
  •   Development Tools Experience â€" ANT, Maven, Eclipse, JUnit, JMeter, Soap UI, etc…
  •   Engineers from a Product development organization.
  •   Telecom application Development experience (mobile/NMS/billing) will be a plus.
  •   Ability to work independently and work in a team as well as in a cross functional   environment.
  •   Good communication and interpersonal skills
